Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to class 604! I am so excited to introduce myself as your child’s teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. I have been a Special Education teacher for more than 10 years which has given me many opportunities to learn new and exciting ways to present the curriculums. I look forward to providing a more tailored education to meet the needs of your child that will help bring growth and success to them as a learner.
I look forward to introducing your child to new learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. We will have many opportunities for you to join us in learning and showcase our growth. I am always available for any input or concerns that you have. I look forward to a new and exciting year with your child :)

In the interest of keeping your lives simple, the sixth grade team designed ONE master supply list that will carry your students for a great deal of the academic year in ALL subjects – English, Science, Math, and Social Studies. If additional supplies are required, we will notify you.
Please label all supplies with student’s first and last names. The students can bring the supplies to their homeroom classes, and we will help them sort the supplies they will specifically be responsible for bringing to each class. Thank you for your support!

Bring to Homeroom Teacher:
• 1 box tissues
• 1 roll paper towels
• 1 pack of dry erase markers (EXPO preferred)
• 3 reams of copy/printer paper (500 sheets ream each)
• 1 pack of graph paper
• 1 pack of highlighters (Yellow)
• 1 12in ruler
• 1 pack of at least 100 pencils (Ticonderoga, preferred)
• 5 packs of post-its
• 1 Scotch Tape roll

To Remain with Student:
• 7 two pocket folders
• 6 composition Notebooks
• 1 pack of index cards
• 1 index card ring/box
• 1 mini stapler w/ staples

Art Supplies:
-Pack of 12 (or more) Ticonderoga pencils
-1 box of tissues

Music Supplies:
- Pack of 12 (or more) Ticonderoga pencils
- 1 pack of erasers
- 1 two pocket brad folder
